With a robust background in Banking, he developed global capacity and predictive modeling frameworks deployed across over 16 Deutsche Bank locations worldwide, enabling businesses to effectively manage transaction volume spikes during market-driven events. Anurag’s career also includes impactful contributions at Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) and Aditya Birla Management Corporation. At ABB, he transitioned from Statistics to Data Science and from Quality to Business Excellence, designing and delivering large-scale training programs like “Quality in Design,” “Quality in Manufacturing,” and “Quality in Transaction Processing” across multiple Indian locations. At Aditya Birla, he built and propagated a Capability and Deployment framework for Non-Ferrous Metals, Chemical, Textile, and Fibre businesses in India and overseas, strengthening operational and strategic capabilities across diverse industries.
